This page supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Data controller

2. Legal bases for processing
We process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – to provide you with the Services you request.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – to secure and improve our Services, prevent abuse, and understand usage.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – for optional activities such as certain marketing communications.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) – when we must comply with legal requirements.
3. International transfers
We use service providers located outside the EEA/UK, including in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on:
- Adequacy decisions (where applicable),
- Standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission,
- Other appropriate safeguards as required by law.

4. Your rights under GDPR
Subject to certain conditions and exceptions, you have the following rights:
- Right of access – Request confirmation whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy.
- Right to rectification – Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") – Request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Right to restriction of processing – Request that we limit how we use your data.
- Right to data portability – Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller where technically feasible.
- Right to object – Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including profiling.
- Right to withdraw consent – Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not use your personal data to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you solely based on automated processing.
The AI features in AI-Guide generate suggestions and guidance, but you remain in full control of what actions to take.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for:
- Providing and improving the Services;
- Security and fraud prevention;
- Complying with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
